What is phosphorus-alloyed copper used for?

Phosphorus-alloyed copper (P-Cu, typically 0.04–0.065% P) is preferred for bright acid copper plating and decorative copper undercoats. The phosphorus promotes a passive anode film that produces a brighter, smoother deposit compared to electrolytic copper — particularly important in decorative and high-finish applications.
What is oxygen-free copper?

Oxygen-free copper (OFC) has minimal oxygen content (<10 ppm O₂). This reduces oxidation and sludge formation in the plating bath, maintaining bath cleanliness and reducing maintenance frequency. Ideal for applications requiring high bath purity.
Are custom copper anode sizes available?
